However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund request is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Booking & Advance Payment

• All bookings require an advance payment to confirm the service.

• The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers pre-event preparations and reservations.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled event, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable advance).

• If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, no refund will be provided.

• Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule the booking to a later date (subject to availability) without losing the advance payment.

3. Service Issues & Refund Requests

• If you are dissatisfied with our service due to genuine quality concerns, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the final deliverables.

• If an issue is identified, we will offer revisions and corrections as per our service terms.

• Refunds are considered only in extreme cases where the service is not delivered as per the agreed contract.

• Refunds will not be provided for subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., personal preferences on editing style, background, etc.).

4. Technical Failures & Force Majeure

• In the rare event of technical failure (equipment malfunction) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, etc.), we will offer a reshoot or partial refund, depending on the situation.

5. Digital & Printed Deliverables

• Once digital photos, videos, or printed albums are delivered, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

• In case of damage or errors in printed albums, we will replace or reprint the product upon verification.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

• Transaction fees and processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
